Is it safe to order from Go-Loaded?
When ordering from Go-Loaded, there is a secure connection from your computer to our server. This means the connection is encrypted and secure to make payments. We do not store card details, so you will need to re-enter them on every order, this is for your protection.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies on your location, if you are from the UK you can expect your products to be delivered within a 3-5 business day timeframe. If you are from outside of the UK the delivery times can vary, but we aim to deliver within 7 days of ordering.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Do you supply discreet packaging?
Yes, we send all of our products in plain, discreet packaging so nobody can tell what is inside unless they open the package.
Do you have a contact number?
Due to the Covid19 outbreak, we decided not to have a phone support line. Don’t worry, we do have amazing E-mail support so please use the contact page or E-mail: support@go-loaded.co.uk
The tablet bottles were split, can I still take them?
No! If your products arrive with a broken seal, please do not consume any of the tablets, this is precaution. We will issue another batch free of charge, please throw away the broken bottles.
I want to return a product
You are more than welcome to return items, so long as it is within the guidelines of our returns policy.
Can I send products as a gift?
You can send your products to whoever you want to by using the delivery address. So long as your billing address matches the card you use, you can send to anybody.
Are your products safe?
The United Kingdom has very strict rules on supplements and each manufacturer has to be approved by an FDA regulator. Therefore, we only use an FDA approved manufacturer, this means we can supply you with the highest quality. All of our products are safe an organic.
Are they all organic and vegan?
We only sell supplements that are 100% organic and safe for vegans. Our products have been through rigorous testing and have been FDA approved.

My parcel did not arrive

Are your products made overseas?
Absolutely not. We are a British company and everything is manufactured right here on home turf. The UK has very tight laws on the manufacture and supply of supplements, this just goes to show how serious we are about product quality.
What are your quality assurances?
Our products are all manufactured here in the UK using the highest quality ingredients and in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). We also comply with ISO 9001 standards, which ensures quality and traceability. All the products are manufactured in an FDA registered and approved facility.
